The Idea of Social Norm

When you think about a murderer what is the first thing that appears in your mind? He is bad, right? He just killed a person, he should be shot dead. is there anything else a Societal Normal Person would think. The answer is a BIG NO.

My idea of "The Social Norm" appeared from here. Although my parallel minds provided two parallel thoughts, I chose to think about just one.
